Consent for the processing of personal data

By marking the checkbox on the registration page of this website in the section ‘I consent to the processing of my personal data, informed about the collection and processing of my personal data, and familiar with my rights under the current legislation of Ukraine on personal data processing and the Law of Ukraine ‘On Personal Data Protection’:

1. I fully acknowledge and consent to the terms below. This consent applies to all internet services, websites, internet products, internet resources owned or used by LKP “Lvivavtodor” in its business activities. I provide this consent in accordance with the Law of Ukraine ‘On Personal Data Protection’ in its current version for the processing of my personal data as defined by this law using the information and telecommunication system of the personal data database.

I am aware of the purpose (processing and storage for the purpose of providing services to clients, systematizing the processes of service provision, and ensuring the efficient provision of services.

Services, in this context, refer to civil legal relations, settlement of payments for travel on the municipal passenger transport of the Lviv territorial community in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, including the Tax Code of Ukraine, and the terms of personal data processing, as well as the location of personal data storage and processing at the legal address of LKP “Lvivavtodor” and in the cloud environment under contracts with providers specified in the basic provisions on personal data processing.

I understand and consent to the use of this website and other services of LKP “Lvivavtodor”, which will include the collection and processing of personal data related to my identification, authorization, password recovery, sending me informational materials, and obtaining my personal questionnaire data, including surname, name, patronymic, place of residence, place of goods receipt, phone number, email address, age, cookies, IP addresses, internet browser parameters, and settings. I agree that LKP “Lvivavtodor” may use my data for targeting advertising and/or informational materials based on age, gender, available benefits, and other data, as well as for conducting statistical research by any other means.

2. I grant LKP “Lvivavtodor” the right to transfer the personal data database or its part, including my personal data, to third parties without notifying me in the following cases: persons to whom the service has been transferred, persons affiliated/related to LKP “Lvivavtodor”, other service users (both natural and legal persons) if the service provides for such functionality.

3. I understand and agree that when using this website, there may be codes of third-party internet resources on internet pages, as a result of which such third parties obtain my personal data. These internet resources may include visit statistics collection systems (e.g., Google Analytics), social media plugins (blocks) (e.g., Facebook), banner display systems (e.g., AdRiver), and other resources.

4. I confirm that I am aware of the rights regarding personal data protection provided by the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular, the Law of Ukraine ‘On Personal Data Protection.’
