Please also note that the QR code shall be scanned exclusively by your smartphone’s camera or, in the absence of such a function, by a separate application that scans QR codes (this QR code shall not be scanned via the Privat24 app!)
Information boards are installed at each parking lot, where the addresses of the nearest EasyPay terminals are indicated, through which you can make a cash payment.

The time of the parking session is counted from the moment of payment. If you parked your vehicle outside of the parking lot’s opening hours and paid “in advance”, then the time of parking session will start immediately from the moment of payment, and not from the moment when the parking lot starts working. Payment shall only be made at the designated parking lot during business hours (Mon-Fri from 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.)

Each driver has the opportunity to purchase a parking subscription. To do this, one need to select the required subscription validity period and zoning.
The current subscriptions based on their validity period are:
– day passes
– month
– quarter
– half-year
In particular, residents living in houses that are adjacent to a paid parking lot have the opportunity to purchase a preferential subscription, which will significantly save money.

When paying for parking, it is necessary to specify license plates of the vehicle. All letters and numbers shall be entered in accordance with registration certificate of your vehicle. The character sequence and input language shall be in accordance with registration certificate! If the license plates are entered incorrectly, the parking fee is not counted, and the vehicle owner may be fined!
To report the above situations, please call the hotline at 0 800 303 007. Dispatchers of the hotline will register the request and provide a response and/or pass information to the parking department of LCE “Lvivavtodor”.
To report a traffic violation, you need to call the police and report the violation
Payment for parking is available via:
- non-cash payment via smartphone in the UNIP, Privat24, EasyPay applications
- reading QR codes with a link for non-cash payment placed on information boards in the parking lot zone with a smartphone
- cash or non-cash payment method via a parking meter, in the parking area equipped with parking meters
- cash payment via EasyPay terminals located near the parking lot
If you run out of paid parking time, but you can’t return to the car to extend the parking time, you can do so remotely using the following apps: EasyPay, UNIP, Privat24.

According to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1342 dated 3 December 2009, after the expiry of the paid parking time, the user shall vacate the parking place or pay the cost of services for using the paid parking lot for the time of actual parking. Free parking of the vehicle is allowed within 10 minutes after the end of the paid parking time.
Please note that the minimum parking time is 1 hour. When making payments via mobile apps, a minimum payment is charged – the cost of one hour.
Important! If you specify time of the parking session less than one hour when paying, you can use the parking place according to the specified time. At the end of the parking session, you have up to 10 minutes to free up a parking place or extend the parking session by making a new payment.
Each parking lot served by LCE “Lvivavtodor ” is equipped in accordance with the current legislation with special places (10% of the total number of parking places, but not less than one), which are marked with the appropriate sign or marking 1.35. for free parking of cars driven by people with disabilities. If all the allotted spaces are occupied , then such drivers park on a general basis, respectively, paying for parking in full.

Control over timely payment for parking services in Lviv is carried out by parking inspectors – employees of the city’s Security Office.

No, it’s not necessary. Parking inspectors check the availability of payment for parking by scanning license plates on their work tablets. The automated system displays when the payment was made and whether the parking fee was paid at all. However, please note that when paying for parking, you shall specify the exact parking lot where your car is actually parked, and when paying for parking, you shall specify the vehicle’s license plates. All letters and numbers shall be entered in accordance with registration certificate of your vehicle. The character sequence and input language shall be in accordance with registration certificate!
At the passenger service center on 10 Horbachevskoho Str. residents of Lviv who use the parking lots of LeoParking operated by LCE “Lvivavtodor” can receive the following services:
– conclude a contract for a preferential tariff or preferential parking subscriptions for residents of houses adjacent to parking areas;
– conclude a contract for a general subscription for parking in designated lots;
– conclude a contract for a subscription for parking in specially equipped lots in the 1st parking zone, namely “Valova” and “Vernissage”, as well as a contract for transit passage of cars through these lots without parking rights;
– conclude a contract for the provision of a parking place on Chervonoyi Kalyny Ave.; V. Chornovola Ave. – Torfiana Str.
Preferential subscription/tariff for residents
In accordance with Resolution of Lviv City Council No. 120 dated 27 January 2011, residents of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th zones have the right to pay for parking with a benefit of 3 UAH/hour and(or) using preferential subscriptions only on parking areas directly adjacent to residential buildings in which these residents live.
On weekends and holidays (after the termination of martial law), as well as from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on working days, parking fees are not charged to residents who are eligible for a preferential fee. To get a preferential tariff, please contact: 7 Pasiky Halytski Str., parking department or 10 Horbachevskoho Str., passenger service center. To make an appointment, you need to call the hotline at 0800303007 and conclude a contract between the resident and LCE “Lvivavtodor”.

The resident shall provide the following original documents:
- passport of the citizen of Ukraine;
- vehicle registration certificate;
- identification code;
- documents on the ownership of a real estate that is located within and is directly adjacent to the corresponding parking lot, or documents confirming the registration of the resident at the address of the location of the corresponding parking lot, or another document confirming the permanent residence of a person at the address of the location of the corresponding parking lot
The city, as a local self-government body, has the right to designate the land plots (parts of streets). In accordance with Resolution of Lviv City Council No. 120 dated 27 January 2011, the list of streets of the carriageway are determined as parking lots, and are put up for tender for maintenance.
The Department of Urban Mobility and Street Infrastructure of the Lviv City Council announces a tender for the maintenance of parking lots.
Based on the tender results, the company or enterprise that is awarded will be engaged in marking according to traffic rules and arranging of signs according to parking rules.
To apply for a preferential subscription / tariff, the registered internally displaced person who lives in a house adjacent to the paid parking lot of LCE “Lvivtodor” shall provide the following original documents:
- passport of the citizen of Ukraine;
- vehicle registration certificate;
- document indicating the taxpayer registration identification card number;
- document confirming permanent residence at the address of the location of the corresponding parking lot (a certificate from the Centre for Administrative Services or an act establishing the fact of residence of a person from the apartment building co-owners association or housing maintenance office).
Yes, it is possible. To do this, it is necessary to provide the following original documents:
- passport of the citizen of Ukraine;
- vehicle registration certificate + power of attorney;
- document indicating the taxpayer registration identification card number;
- documents on the ownership of a real estate object confirming the registration of a resident or other document confirming permanent residence at the address of the location of the corresponding parking lot.
Authorised driver shall be a person who legally uses a vehicle that does not belong to him/her.
The following original documents shall be provided:
- passport of the citizen of Ukraine;
- certificate of registration of the vehicle (in Diia application or the driver’s electronic cabinet) or notification in paper form about registering of the authorised driver, certified by the seal of the service center of the Ministry of Internal affairs ;
- document indicating the taxpayer registration identification card number;
- documents on the ownership of a real estate object confirming the registration of a resident or other document confirming permanent residence at the address of the location of the corresponding parking lot.
Yes, to do this, it is necessary to prepare the following original documents:
- passport of the citizen of Ukraine;
- vehicle registration certificate;
- document indicating the taxpayer registration identification card number;
- documents on the ownership of a real estate object confirming the registration of a resident (the spouse) or other document confirming permanent residence at the address of the location of the corresponding parking lot;
- marriage certificate.
If a resident has a vehicle registration certificate for 2 or more vehicles, the benefit is granted only for one vehicle at the resident’s choice.
The following original documents shall be provided:
- passport of the citizen of Ukraine;
- vehicle registration certificate (at the resident’s choice);
- document indicating the taxpayer registration identification card number;
- documents on the ownership of a real estate object confirming the registration of a resident or other document confirming permanent residence at the address of the location of the corresponding parking lot
If the resident has document confirming ownership of 2 or more real estate objects, the benefit is granted only for one lot at the resident’s choice. Original documents that shall be submitted:
- passport of the citizen of Ukraine;
- vehicle registration certificate;
- document indicating the taxpayer registration identification card number;
- documents on ownership of a real estate object (at the resident’s choice).
No, there is no preferential parking permit for commercial premises.
The following original documents shall be provided:
- passport of the citizen of Ukraine;
- vehicle registration certificate;
- document indicating the taxpayer registration identification card number;
- document confirming permanent residence at the address of the location of the corresponding parking lot (an act establishing the fact of residence of a person from the apartment building co-owners association or housing maintenance office).
